Role: Mortgage/Financial Services Administrator
Location: Ipswich
Benefits: Salary £18-20k Depending on experience, plus benefits
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage/Financial Services Administrator.
The successful candidate will be an administrator to our advisors and provide technical and analytical support for the office team. They will work directly with the advisors and other members of staff. They must work efficiently, accurately and compliantly within a highly professional environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Working with the advisors and other office staff in all aspects of office management and diary management.
  • Supporting advisors with the day to day applications, record keeping and information gathering.
  • Direct contact with clients.
  • Handling calls, liaising with providers, answering clients’ queries, passing on detailed telephone messages in a timely manner.
  • Other Ad hoc Duties

Essential Requirements *You:
*Must have previous experience within the mortgage/insurance/property industry or other financial services.*

  • Must have a can do attitude and be willing to learn and move forwards with our company
  • You will be flexible, punctual, adaptable and have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be numerate and analytical.
  • Will have strong organisational skills and enjoy using your initiative and multi tasking.
  • The candidate must have excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and manage challenging daily responsibilities to deadlines.
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel skills, accurate typing skills.
